General rules
By registering on the forum, users agree to follow these rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility. The rules may be changed or amended. In some forum sections, some of these rules may not apply.
1. You may not have more than one forum account.
2. Transferring your forum account to others is prohibited.
3. The use of usernames containing profanity or insults is prohibited.
4. The use of usernames containing advertising for third-party resources is prohibited.
5. The use of nationalist symbolism in usernames is prohibited.
6. The use of usernames consisting entirely of capital letters is prohibited.
7. The use of clone usernames (e.g. "second forum user name", "third forum user name") is prohibited.
8. The use of avatars of an offensive or pornographic nature is prohibited.
9. The use of avatars containing nationalist symbolism is prohibited.
10. Creating threads with meaningless titles is prohibited. Examples: "Admin look urgently", "oops", "qq all", etc.
11. Posting messages that do not match the theme of the section or thread is prohibited.
12. Posting messages containing links to third-party resources for advertising purposes or implying such is prohibited.
13. Using pornographic images in messages is prohibited, unless the material is in the context of the thread or research.
14. Posting meaningless messages in threads is prohibited. Examples: "xD", "I was here", "up", etc.
15. Posting or creating threads containing the same information is prohibited.
16. The use of profanity and insults in thread titles and messages is prohibited.
17. Posting messages and creating threads written in all caps is prohibited.
18. Posting messages containing slander or false information is prohibited.
19. Creating threads addressed to a specific person is prohibited (exception: complaints to the administration).
20. Posting messages that incite ethnic or religious hatred is prohibited.
21. Mentioning or insulting users' relatives is prohibited.
22. Off-topic posting is prohibited.
23. Insulting forum users is prohibited.
24. Publishing personal information of users or the administration (photos, etc.) is prohibited.
25. The use of bots or scripts to artificially inflate reactions is prohibited.
26. Deceiving users and the administration is prohibited.
The forum administration reserves the right to delete or edit any published content without explanation. The forum administration reserves the right to take any action against any account.
