Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the «Agreement») regulate the procedure for using the online service (hereinafter — the «Service») provided by the Administration. 1.2. By using the Service, including launching the bot, registering, paying for services, or gaining access to materials, the User confirms that they have fully read the terms of this Agreement and accept them in full. 1.3. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, the User is obliged to cease using the Service.

2. Nature of Services and Digital Goods

2.1. The Service provides digital goods and services of an intangible nature, including but not limited to: informational materials, educational programs, consultations, digital products, and service offerings. 2.2. Materials provided through the Service may include:

• Information from open sources
• Analytical reviews, compilations, recommendations, structured data

2.3. The User acknowledges and agrees that the value of the Service's digital goods and services lies in systematization, analysis, presentation format, support, and updates, rather than in the exclusivity of individual fragments of information. 2.4. The Service does not claim or guarantee the uniqueness, exclusivity, or unavailability of individual elements of materials outside the Service.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

3.1. The Service does not guarantee:

• Achievement of any financial, commercial, professional, or other results
• Uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service

3.2. The Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits. 3.3. All materials are provided «as is» without any warranties. 3.4. All decisions regarding the use of materials, recommendations, and services are made by the User independently and at their own risk.

4. Legality of Use

4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or facilitate illegal activities. 4.2. The User undertakes to use the Service exclusively within the framework of applicable legislation and third-party rules. 4.3. Responsibility for the legality of using the Service's materials and services lies entirely with the User.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All materials posted in the Service are protected by intellectual property legislation. 5.2. The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, transferring to third parties, or otherwise using the Service's materials without the right holder's permission. 5.3. Violation of intellectual property rights may result in restricted access to the Service without compensation.

6. Access Restriction

6.1. The Administration has the right to suspend or restrict the User's access to the Service in case of:

• Violation of the terms of this Agreement
• Actions that cause damage to the Service or other Users
• Suspicious or fraudulent activities

6.2. Access restriction does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier. 6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create increased risks for the Service, payment providers, or third parties.

7. Payment and Refunds

7.1. Payment for services and digital goods is made under the conditions specified in the Service before payment. 7.2. Due to the intangible nature of digital goods and services, refunds after access has been provided are not issued, except in the cases specified below. 7.3. A refund is possible if access to the service was not provided due to technical reasons on the Service's side. 7.4. A refund request must be sent to customer support within 7 days of payment. 7.5. The refund decision is made by the Administration on an individual basis. 7.6. The User confirms that they undertake not to initiate a payment chargeback through payment systems without first contacting the Service's customer support.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. The Administration may collect minimally necessary technical data to ensure the Service's operation. 8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data, however, it does not guarantee absolute security of transmitted information.

9. Changes

9.1. The Administration has the right to make changes to this Agreement without prior notice. 9.2. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication. 9.3. Continued use of the Service means the User's consent to the updated terms.
